Our intensive Musical Theater Workshop is back this year! Learn and practice musical theater techniques like developing character, stage blocking, dialogue, and more in a fun, collaborative, and immersive environment!
Each participant will prepare and perform 2-3 scenes from a variety of musicals chosen by the director. Rehearsals are every other Monday starting June 23rd, with a Coffee Shop style matinee performance on August 9th.

We’re back for another year of the TCC Summertime Edition Choir. This group will meet every other Monday starting June 16th - with a performance in early September.

Bid online April 19th through April 26th. The auction will close following intermission for our evening performance. Auction winners can pick up their item after the concert - the TCC board will reach out to arrange pick up/drop off for any winner not in attendance at our evening performance.

TCC has the privilege to sing during the Thornton WinterFest every year inside the main tent.
Thornton WinterFest is a community event held in early December to celebrate the goodness of the holidays. From the turning on of the holiday lights in the miniature Santa's Village to the ice skating pond; from the tree decorating contest to the Holiday Marketplace and a grand finale fireworks show (Saturday only), there will be lots for everyone to see and do including great music sung and performed by local singers and musicians.
So bundle up, grab some hot cocoa and come listen to TCC's holiday cheer.

A free concert featuring our smaller Summertime Edition choir. This year’s summer chorus happen to be all female voices and they have prepared a collection of super fun love songs for all to enjoy. We hope to see you there!
Thornton Community Chorus will have a table at the Thornton Harvest Fest. We love the opportunity to interact with the community, come stop by, say hello, and get some freebies.

Want a taste of being in a choir but can’t commit to a regular fall or spring session? This year we’re holding a summer choir. We’ll meet every other Monday to practice 10-12 songs and then perform them at 3 different events:

Thornton Harvest Fest - Saturday, October 5th
Joint Concert with the Denver Showchoir - Saturday, November 16th
This year we’re exciting to team up with Thornton’s 55+ Organization for a night of spaghetti and music.

We are honored that Covenant Living of Colorado has graciously agreed to host us this December. Thornton Community Chorus will share Christmas Memories through song in hopes to stir up the warmth of love, joy, and nostalgia this holiday season.
